Hi, I’m Jess! I’ve been passionate about fitness for as long as I can remember. I grew up playing team sports like soccer, basketball, and lacrosse, which sparked my love for movement and competition. After college, I shifted into long-distance running, discovered bodybuilding, found a home as a CrossFit athlete, and ultimately settled into my Olympic Weightlifting career.

Over the years, I’ve explored many different approaches to fitness, and I’ve learned that the most rewarding routines are the ones that bring you joy and balance. Not every workout has to be intense to be effective—what matters most is consistency, listening to your body, and finding what makes you feel strong and fulfilled.

A supportive, encouraging fitness community has always been essential to me. There’s something powerful about surrounding yourself with people who push you, cheer you on, and genuinely want to see you grow. Coaching is where my passion truly shines—I love helping others realize their potential, build confidence, and enjoy the process of becoming the best version of themselves.

I’ve worked in the fitness industry since 2011 and have been coaching CrossFit since 2012. With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of coaching athletes of all backgrounds and skill levels. Whether it’s refining technique, building strength, or simply finding joy in movement, I’m dedicated to supporting each individual’s unique path and helping them reach their goals in a way that’s sustainable, empowering, and fun.
